Space Sweepers. Space Sweepers is a glossy, high-octane ride, featuring a scrappy crew consisting of Tae-ho (Song Joong-ki), Captain Jang ( Mr. Sunshine ’s Kim Tae-ri), Tiger Park (Jin Seon-kyu) and Robot Bubs (Yoo Hae-jin). They spend their days scouring the galaxy on the junk collector Victory, scouring for debris to flip for cash.
This movie is more high concept scifi than Star Wars which has much more fantasy elements.but this movie even manages to have a space battle at the end with some kind of death star. But with. Twist. Really well made. Loveable characters. Simple but sweet story, and really nice designs. This is what SOLO could've been

Almost all these workers are poor, with our lead Tae-ho joining their ranks after being fired from the group of doomsday messengers that are Space Guards.

It's at times a bit much because the bulk of the film is in Korean, so you have to keep up with everything on screen while also absorbing the subtitles. But the movie also smartly blends together English, Russian, French and other languages and nationalities. And that's the real story of the space sweepers.
